I agree, at least to some extent. My mechanic probably all these qualities - it certainly has a passion for cars and seems very dedicated to my satisfaction as a customer
But I wonder if a member of the public, and especially as a parent, I expect the same thing from an electrical mechanic, plumber, hairdresser or car as you would for a doctor, lawyer or professor my son?
